Everything was nice, we had good 2 days here. The staff members were excellent friendly and helpful. The guest room was spotless with comfortable bed. The location was marvellous, very close to the stadium, in the shopping area. Staying within 10 minutes’ walk from a multi-purpose stadium was a bonus for us.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the private kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room and the overall affordability of the accommodation. The location provided a beautiful view of the surrounding park and hockey field, and the entertainment and utilities were excellent. The staff members were extremely helpful and made our stay truly enjoyable.
There was no table or chairs in the room suitable for eating a meal, which meant we had to eat on the bed. Additionally, the shower pressure was a bit feeble.

I recently stayed at a convenient spot in Dunedin and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this hotel were extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean, and I had a comfortable bed to sleep on. The shower and toilet facilities were clean, and I never had to wait to use them. The location of the hotel was also perfect for me to easily taxi around and leave my car parked. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.
I did have a minor issue with finding the hotel initially due to a lack of signage by the road. However, with the help of a kind lady and her instructions, I realized I was right in front of the building.

Otago Village was amazing value for money, with rooms at half the price of other options. The amenities were top-notch and the staff, from check-in to security, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and convenient, just a short walk from the city center.
The breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.
